Come join us on Friday afternoons for a full body reset! Each class will begin with rolling to release trigger points & to stimulate the lymphatics. This will be followed by exercises to activate the core stabilizers of the pelvis, spine, shoulders and neck. Each session will end with simple breathing exercises to integrate these new mind body connections...So grab a mat, an inflatable ball, a delicious beverage and get ready to relax and restore your energy!
